CENTER ICE YOUTH LEAGUE
Center Ice Youth League is a recreational house league designed for both the beginner and more experienced hockey players. This league's goals are to promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, fun and friendly competition, and positive relationships all while teaching the game of hockey. They can have all the experience of playing the game without parents having the stress of traveling and paying traditionally higher club fees.
- Two ice times a weeks - Tuesday Practice and Games on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday
- Jersey and Socks included
- This is a "no check" league
- Evaluations will be the week of Nov 6th
- Every registered participant will receive a pass for FREE STICK AND PUCK & OPEN SKATE for the duration of the entire session.
League Restrictions:
Because we are a recreational house league, and to ensure fairness of play, Elite AAA, and Central States Development Hockey league players are not eligible to play in the Center Ice Youth League. Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL) Elite and Gold players are also not eligible.
NIHL Silver and Bronze Major players are allowed to play in the house league but must play up an age division. NIHL Silver and Bronze Minor players may play in their own age division unless we determine they need to move up a division.
League Divisions:
Mites -8U- Birth Years 2011 and younger
Squirts- 10U - Birth Years 2008 & 2009
Pee Wees - 12U - Birth Years 2006 & 2007
